Behaviour and Rewards

Here at Elements Academy, we believe in the power of positive relationships. We are ambitious and expect all members of the school community to be the best version of themselves. Our behaviour policy is fully inclusive and aims to develop our pupils’ social, emotional and mental health through respect, kindness and resilience. Staff are committed to building and modelling excellent relationships across our school.

Everything we are is underpinned by our expectation statements:

Our House System, based on the elements; Air, Fire, Earth and Water, is how we come together as a team to take part in exciting challenges and seek rewards. Pupils use well-earned Achievement Points to spend on our school shop.
