Welcome to the Therapy Section of our school website! Therapy, including counselling and other types of creative therapy, is a supportive process where you can talk about your thoughts, feelings, and concerns with a trained professional in a safe and confidential space.
Therapy can help you in many ways:
It provides a supportive environment to express yourself freely without judgment
It helps you gain an awareness into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours
It gives you coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, or other challenges you may be facing
It promotes self-awareness and personal growth, helping you develop healthier ways of thinking and behaving
If you feel like you could benefit from therapy with us, there are a few ways to get started:
You can ask someone at home or a staff member at school to make a referral for you. They can reach out to us on your behalf to start the process
Alternatively, you can take the initiative and send an email to our Lead Psychotherapist, Ferne Nodder, at fnodder@eat.uk.com. We will work with you to schedule an appointment as soon as possible
